Clarity, Connection & Character

Clarity, Connection & Character

These are the cornerstones of our philosophy.

Here you’ll find reflections from Innerprise founder Dieuwke Van Woensel on how it all began and why staying human in business still matters.

You’ll also find The Inner Journal, where Dieuwke shares ideas, field notes, and the kind of advice that never makes it past the soulless algorithm.

The following are our 3 core values.

Clarity

We believe clarity isn't given but earned through honest conversation. We rather break the fourth wall than implement a one-size-fits-all framework to solve a people-problem.

Connection

We encourage every founder to make a concious effort to let go and open up about the messy middle. You're not the first to walk this path, and you don't have to walk it alone.

Character

We believe that who you are shapes what you build. We work with the person behind the title so that when the external noise fades, the true potential of their passion surfaces.

People Are Not Numbers

Where it all started

Where it all started

Where it all started

Before launching Innerprise, Dieuwke spent years in senior HR and advisory roles, where she witnessed the system’s core flaw: the obsession with reducing people to numbers. The goal was to control and perform, but the method was a Catch-22: the more you try to quantify creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship; the faster it disappears.

While colleagues debated salary benchmarks and cultural audits named Soft Control, she argued for something more human. This conviction was forged in the trenches, from advising over 100 SMEs and family firms like BDO, to scaling the global accelerator Startupbootcamp across five countries. The breaking point came after a management crisis, when her request for support was met with a two-minute elevator ride to explain a deeply complex human situation. That moment solidified her mission: to create a space where the human element is not a variable to be controlled, but the very engine of growth.

An Antidote to Beige

An Antidote to Beige

The human capital businesses have mastered the art of beige: safe, polished, and perfectly forgettable advice. But founders make impossible choices daily where vanilla advice simply won’t cut it. They need a framework that honors their unique character.

In response, Dieuwke developed The Flawsome Framework™. Grounded in scientific research on the psychological impact of entrepreneurship, it’s a methodology inspired by the Japanese art of wabi-sabi, where repair becomes the most valuable part of an artifact. In a similar vein, The Flawsome Framework™ provides a tangible path for leaders to integrate their imperfections not as weaknesses to be hidden, but as the very source of their strength.

Dieuwke believes sustainable growth begins where forced performance ends. Building a business is not a race to win but a relationship to understand—between a founder, their company, and their environment. She helps forge that relationship with honesty, intelligence, and the kind of empathy that gets results.
